It's Your Picture. Turn it Upside Down If You Want.

I do this sometimes with select images. I find that I like the mystery or the art thus created. The image above is actually a marsh scene with the morning sky reflected in the water. Upside down it looks to me like a prairie scene with a beautiful sky above.

Theme Panels

We have added a new gallery, Theme Panels.  These are designed to display a theme in a series of vertical panels and cover large wall areas.

Shoot the Whole Day

The nice thing about HDR photography is that you can shoot any time of day - even in harsh light. This image was taken at Memorial Park in Jacksonville at close to 12:00 noon. HDR allowed me to capture the scene with good color and detail. This would have been impossible with a single exposure. We experience life at all hours of the day and now you can share those visual experiences with good images.

And, Look Around While You Dine

It is not just the food that might be a good subject for your camera when dining out. Look around, there are usually worthy images to be found. The blue bottles made this high window an interesting shot.

Don't Forget, Eating Out - Take the Camera

The meal you pay for but the studio setup is free. In fine restaurants, like The Present Moment Cafe, the food is great and the presentation artful. Take advantage of this and get some super food shots.
